The System Menu contains all of the settings and preferences to control how you will use CUS. The general rules for your auction business that aren't specific to any one auction would be set in System Configuration. In a networked multi-user version of CUS, the specific settings and user identification for each station is here in Station Management.
The System Menu contains the very important Audit Log, which tracks every transaction that occurred during the sale. Each activity is recorded with a date, time and station code so you can see when and where each entry took place.
You can also set up databases for your buyer payment types, advertising media and even description phrases you use often. CUS has a language function here in the System Menu, allowing you to translate terminology into different languages for your buyer invoices or other reports. If you use the Security Administration features in CUS, the user permissions are managed here also.
