The Messages page contains a list of text boxes used throughout CUS. You can create the standard email message that will be sent to your buyers with the invoice attached. Create your own "I agree that I have purchased these items as is, where is" text to be printed on any invoice with a signature line. If required by your state, set up the text for dealers purchasing for resale or out of state exemptions, and it will print on the buyer invoice. In here, you will also set up all of the welcoming messages, auction details and instructions that appear on your online auction pages. There is a new group of user-defined message boxes that can be tailored for certain buyers or sellers. Store the text here and designate which message(s) should appear on any buyer or seller's document by placing those message numbers on that person's record.
