The Auto tab of Lot File Maintenance contains the data fields most commonly used for automobiles and equipment, including VIN and Odometer. If your VIN is the typical 17 digits, it can be "exploded" to verify the Year and Manufacturer. The text description of this lot displays here just as it does in the Basic and Art tabs. Using the Advanced Description function, you can put these fields together in any order for invoices, catalogues or reports.
