The Seller Report Menu contains all of the reports that relate to your Sellers/Consignors. The Consignor Statement is the settlement report that shows everything sold by each seller along with the commission calculations and expense adjustments. There are other reports available, including an Unsold Lot Report, a Consignor Lot Report showing lots consigned in the auction and a Consignor Number Report listing all consignors in the auction. In this menu, you can analyze your consignor's sales vs. no sale activity, calculate salesperson commissions, allocate pro-rated seller expenses and look for unassigned lots that haven't been given a valid consignor code. Send any report by email just as easily as printing it.
