At the podium, the auctioneer can use this viewing screen to see everything about each lot about to be sold. See the bids you've received for each lot and who the bidders are. Seller information, lot reserves and the lot picture are also visible here. The auctioneer can control the picture presentation function from here, so that the pictures of the lot being sold at the moment are displayed in rotation.
