In the Lots/Inventory tab of the Auction Profile, you'll set some rules for your lot information, including whether you need to handle quantities in the auction and whether those quantities include decimals. You can opt to add some data fields to the description, such as ID Number, Manufacturer or Item Number and have them appear in your browse screens.
If you use pictures for online catalogs or presentations, you'll set the drive and path for the picture files here. You can set up parameters to pull items in from your Inventory, History and Appraisal System directly into the auction while selling.
