Whenever you like, you can produce a Consignor Statement that shows all lots sold by this consignor in this auction. You'll see the lots sold, prices realized, commissions calculated and any other expenses or fees you're applying to this seller. Many auction firms email a preliminary copy of this statement to each seller immediately after the auction and then mail a final statement with the settlement check.
There's a Summary form of this report that calculates all consignor sales in this auction with all commissions, expenses and payments summarized for your company's internal use. You can even run a Consolidated Statement for one seller's activity over multiple auctions.
