This is the basic tab of the Lot File Maintenance data entry screen, where you will usually pre-lot the items you plan to sell in the auction. In here you'll assign the item a lot number, enter the seller code, indicate whether the lot is taxable with tax class if appropriate, and if this lot is subject to buyer's premium.

Most of the commonly used data fields are here including the reserve, appraisal, cost and minimum bid values. The description text is entered here too. You can use this text alone in your catalogs and invoices, or take advantage of the Advanced Description feature to build a description containing some of the other data fields in any order you like. If you use the Inventory System, you may have kept the items on file there and then transferred them into this auction.

The settings to assign this lot to an online auction are in this tab. If the lot is in an online auction, you can easily edit the lot information and update the lot online right from here. The CUS "blue button" in the bottom right corner of your screen is the hot link to the online auction.
