You can set up any other type of fee to be charged to buyers or sellers in Expense Maintenance, just as you can from the individual lot, buyer or seller expense tab. It's easy to add a shipping or delivery fee to a buyer's invoice or deduct a cleaning fee from a seller's settlement statement. You might want to charge a title transfer fee on a vehicle to the buyer or seller (or both). You can even charge the fee on all titled vehicles in the auction with just one entry. There's an easy pro-rating feature for advertising or other expenses that should be apportioned among many sellers.
