The Lot File Documents tab holds the link to any file or document you might have on your network pertaining to this lot. It could be an inspection report, a video or audio clip of a machine running, or a land survey. Open the folder where the file is located and drag it to this lot in your auction. Drop it into the Documents tab and it stays linked with this lot. When this lot is transferred to Inventory History after the auction, the link to the document goes with it. There's no need to go searching all over for your document, just click on it right here.
