Register your sellers/consignors for this auction in Seller File Maintenance. This Basic tab contains the seller's main contact information and commission defaults. The commission structure will default to the structure you entered in the Auction Profile Setup, but you can easily override it on this screen. If the seller has multiple commission plans, enter the plan codes here. You can scan a driver's license or business card to register your seller, and keep that image on file.
Sellers are easily transferred into your Mail System and Inventory System for future use. Next time, bring your sellers in individually from the Mail or Inventory systems or transfer them in as a group from Inventory along with the lots they own. The powerful Index, Query and Browse functions help you view and filter the Seller file to find the just records you need.
