The Art tab of Lot file Maintenance contains the data fields usually associated with Fine Art, Antiques or Collectibles. In addition to the Artist name and associated information, you can enter Provenance and Condition Report text. The lot description text from the Basic tab is visible here also. All of this information can be included in a catalogue description using the Advanced Description function.
