When it's appropriate to record your sales on paper before entering them into the system, you will use a clerk sheet like this. There are many formats of clerk sheets available in CUS, including sheets to record non-lotted sales. If you've received absentee or proxy bids before the auction, your clerk sheet can include the bid activity on each lot. The clerksheets can show Appraisal, Reserve or Cost values, ID numbers and consignor code or name if you like.
