The Auction System File Menu contains most of the primary functions used in an auction. You can create a new auction or switch from one auction to another in an instant. The Auction Profile Setup is here, which are the rules governing each auction. You can maintain the Buyer, Lot, Seller, Expense and Location files from this menu. Manage multiple commission plans and issue your consignor payments from here too.
The Auction Activity section contains the Selling, Billing and Payment functions that are used during the auction, all conveniently arranged on one screen. You'll find quick Status Reports with totals for the entire auction or individual buyers, lots or sellers.
