Use the Lot File Query feature to filter your lots based on commonly used criteria. Find all of the titled items for which the title hasn't been received yet. Find the lots that have arrived on site or only those in a certain location. Only those lots that meet the requested criteria will display, while the others are temporarily hidden. Since this is the live data, you can edit or change it as needed. You can view the results one at a time or browse them in a list and print the browse contents to a PDF file. If you like, copy the results to the Inventory System Output file for exporting to Excel or to create other reports.
