- Unlimited size files: each auction can have thousands of lots, buyers and sellers. Keep as many auctions on your system as you like at one time. The only limitation is the size of your hard drive. Switch between auctions in an instant.

- Assign each consignor a different commission structure, and override that structure to make exceptions for specific lots. Store several different commission plans for each seller, and pick the plan you want to use for each lot.
- Charge Buyer’s Premium or not, with the rate determined by individual buyer or by the lot's sale price. Use sliding scale and "capped" Buyer’s Premium, or mix percentages and flat dollar Buyer’s Premiums in the same auction.
- Register buyers from the integrated mail database; search by company, name, telephone, permanent buyer number, driver's license or "VIP" ID card.
- Record and track "absentee" and phone bids; view them while selling each lot.
- Email buyer invoices, consignor statements and all reports directly from CUS as attractive Adobe PDF files. Instantly send an email message to any buyer or seller.
- Track vehicle titles received, consignor contracts received, along with lot received/removed dates.
- Pay consignors directly from the auction system, all at once or individually. Pay partially or in full, track balances due to each consignor and export check register to your accounting system. Produce consolidated settlement statements for consignors who participate in multiple auctions.
- Built in Audit Log tracks when all data was entered, changed or deleted; also records which station made the entry with a date/time stamp.
- Powerful Query function to help find any item or person: i.e. query the lots in an auction looking for everything with a reserve or in a specific location, or query the auction buyer file for the big purchasers or foreign buyers.
- Display pictures during your auction with a built in presentation feature. Control the display order and timing from any station on the network, including the auctioneer’s podium.
